5 Ways to Get Rooted and Grounded in Your Life Right Now

I've been doing a lot of behind the scenes work preparing a lot of heartful experiences for you fam! I am also taking on new 1:1 coaching clients for this spring which is so exciting!Just yesterday, I had an introduction call with a possible new coaching client, and in the end, she said:"Thank you for your energy. I am excited and I feel very seen and heard."My heart warmed up so much. That is what we all need more than anything. To feel seen and heard. That is why I am a coach and community builder. To create people spaces to feel seen and heard to that from that connection people can get out of their heads and back to their hearts and find clarity in what they are seeking and move toward the life they deserve. If you are interested in exploring 1:1 coaching with me, you can book a free introduction call with me here.The thing is: When we feel seen and heard, we feel more rooted and can find more inner peace and ease.I am still in Finland, and I have found being at home being the best thing for me to get grounded and rooted so I can fly again whenever I am ready to leave the nest in this new chapter of my life. I am so grateful to have my family's support at this time.No more 9-5 job for me and fully depending on my purpose as my main provider. I am trusting my purpose so much, taking action on it daily, but of course I feel a bit scared as well as the security of salary is now gone.To be sure the fear does not take over the steering wheel. We need to focus on rooting and grounding practice. When we make any sort of big life change, we need to get our Root Chakra in place. If we don't feel grounded, we are like a tree without its roots and we fall to the ground real fast.HERE ARE 5 WAYS TO GET ROOTED 

  1. Get rooted in your physicality by moving your body somehow daily and tuning in how it feels. Listen to your body talking to you and honor it through movement. Your body is your temple. 

  2. Get rooted in your mind by practicing daily journaling to reflect on your thoughts. Once it is on the paper, your mind feels lighter. Life becomes manageable.

  3. Get rooted by allowing yourself to be seen and heard and supported by people you love and trust. We all need it and the more vulnerable you connect, the more connected your relationships.

  4. Get rooted by being in nature and letting Mother Earth speak to you. Ideas come and miraculous things happen in the quiet of nature. 

  5. Get rooted by managing your time in a way that it aligns with your energy.
