Do you find it difficult to ask for help, *|FNAME|*?
Are you struggling with asking for help, ?
Me, too. We all do. Sometimes. But here's how you can become better at it.Read on.In our Coffee Club last Sunday, we flowed in conversation and ended up speaking about this topic, and how the story of "I don't want to bother anyone" can come sneak in when we are in that moment of wanting to ask for help. The thing is we all need help sometimes. We can be really good at giving help and when people ask help from us - in most cases, we feel really good they came to us that we can show up and support them.It gives us purpose in that moment to do something of service. Something of love and care.We came up with this reframe in the session with the ladies present:

That is the mind telling stories that are not true. Do not listen to them.Choose love and connection - always.Asking for help is strength.Asking for help is connection.Asking for help is love.EVERYONE needs help sometimes. You give it to others all the time.
How do you feel when your loved one asks you for help? It feels good, right? - to be able to be there. Someone to come to you for support. You feel you matter.
So, remember that you asking for help will gift that feeling to others too.You deserve to receive the help and love you give to others, too.Heartfully,Essi
