I've spent the last week in bed...

That's why you have not heard from me and I've skipped two Tuesdays of writing my letters. I've been so sick. Being sick, I've had a lot of time to think, , and I wanted to share some of those thoughts with you.When we get ill, it always gives perspective to things. When we are bound to our bed, it gives us time to start connecting things and be with thoughts we might have avoided or just been too busy to hear in the first place. Three reminders I got while being ill that I wanted to share with you. 

1. Sickness reminds you what truly matters to you in life.When we are unwell, it really reminds us what we truly value in life.

2. Your time is the most precious gift you don't get back.

3. Your health is the ultimate currency for human experience.

4. Fulfillment and joy are the elixir of life.
