I love having heart-to-heart convos.

Firstly, hello, some of you who are new here in my heart-to-heart letters. I've gotten quite many new readers to join us so I wanted to say: Thank you for being here.My word for this year is EXPRESSION and part of this intention for the year is to do more podcast interviews.One of the first of many, I had the pleasure to connect with a wonderful Sanjog Sandhu, the host of Shocked Into Awakening Podcast last year by mutual friend connecting us.We met once and had such an incredible heart-centred conversation that we wish we would have recorded it - so, we decided to talk again and see what intuitively comes for us in a podcast setting. It was a beautiful enlightening hour. We meditated right before and I felt so centred during this conversation.
