What is the one dream you can't stop thinking about, *|FNAME|*?
"Your dreams are your future self remembering."I heard this quote recently on a podcast, , and I wanted to share it with you. I have done a few Oracle card readings recently where this message has become prominent about our own vision for our life. The dreams you have are yours because you are meant to make them come true. You just having them in your beautiful mind make them a reality because they are already real in your head. All you gotta do is just go for it and make them happen.BUT, we are often our own limit. We limit ourselves with beliefs that do not serve us,"I am not good enough" being one of the the most common ones. The truth is: "your dreams are your future self remembering" them.Having this lens of seeing that your future self remembers them happening is a beautiful perspective that can just make your dreams that much more possible. If they are already a memory for your future self - then that means it is possible and you just gotta go for it now and take the steps toward it.Last weekend, I facilitated Suicide Awareness Week Walk, which had been my dream to do for awhile - to be able to give back in my smallest way and hold space for those who connect to the cause.

I found myself holding a beautiful circle for these beautiful people from various backbrounds and ages, and we meditated together. I realised it had been my dream to do circles like this in nature with such versatile group of people, and now I was there doing it. I was intuitively guiding people to connect with themselves and something higher through the power of visualisation meditation. Just last week, I revealed my book cover to you all, and every day I am in awe looking at the cover, in disbelief my book is actually becoming a reality. Just now, I was using my own Connected 2023 planner before I started writing this, and I thought "wow, this was my dream to use my own planner since 2018, and here it is."Funnily enough, Connected 2024 planner is now finalised with design and our test copies are arriving this week for our shoot weekend of promo photos, so we can open the pre-launch for you on Oct 4th to order your copies.

Living the dream continues! I cannot wait for you to see it.
All of these dreams have become a reality because I took a single step to start, and then broke it down to small steps and did them all. I am now living as my future self remembering those dreams, and now they are a reality. You, too, are already living a dream today that you had a few years or even a few months back - but now it is your reality?Pretty amazing, huh?Every single dream is achievable if you break it down to small steps. So, , what is that one dream that especially niggles you right now to start and make it a reality? What is that dream you hope your future self can remember? If no one else told you, you have everything within you right now to make those dreams a reality. You just gotta start. You gotta take the leap and begin. The smallest action is a beginning.I would love to hear from you what dream you are going after and how you will start this week - reply to this email, and I will cheer you on!Heartfully,EssiPS: See below an Oracle Card I pulled for you PPS: Our next walk event is also up - info below! :)
OCTOBER COMMUNITY EVENTS

Could you use a little escape from the city buzz and be closer to the Mother Earth among deer and trees in Richmond Park? Are you wanting to meet new people and maybe make some new friends while walking together?
Our next walk meetup will be in Richmond Park on Oct. 14th at 12-4pm. The length of the walk is 6.6K (4.14 miles) and easy for any levels to join in.
Research proves that walking together socially boosts our wellbeing and connection and sense of belonging. The walk itself will be about 2 hours depending our walk speed but we have some socialising time. We will stop for coffee and a packed lunch and do a connected circle meditation, if the weather allows.
We welcome everyone from all walks of life who wants to connect with likeminded individuals who care about their wellbeing and self-development and care about this cause. People who believe connection, community is what we need more of in this world to heal loneliness, depression and suicidal ideation.
We welcome furry friends too! This is a dog friendly walk for dogs that are properly trained for crowds and other dogs - but dogs must be kept on leash at all times for everyone's comfort and safety.

Oracle Card for Connection: I pulled this card this morning for a reading I did for a friend, and it resonated with me to share it collectively with you. Whatever the dream, the vision, hold on to it. It is yours - take the leap. Take the first step. Whatever is niggling and calling you: Just do it!
