When was the last time you felt the fear and did it anyway, *|FNAME|*?
?You never believe what happened at the party last weekend.I had no idea how cathartic it would be to be in front of everyone, reading my own words and sharing my own story out loud in front of 30 people. I was sharing about my stories following my heart and taking leaps led by it.

During the Q&A, I was asked me about how have I just gone ahead to follow my heart and taken leaps when it can be so scary and how can others do the same?I said: "Feel the fear and do it anyway."There is no other way around it. When the heart calls, it often also will spark fear, uncertainty and this sense of unknown. Often when the heart calls, you don't have all the answers, but the answers come to you the moment you decide to take the leap and follow your heart's calling.I shared the story from my book when I took the leap and drove to LA after graduation having no money left, no place to stay nor job waiting. We just took the risk and got into that car. And it turned out to be one of the best years of my life. When was the last time you felt the fear and did it anyway? When was the last time your heart called you to do something and you went for it despite the fear it might have sparked? For me, last time was at the party when my friend Tamara asked as the last question: "If you were to sing a song to end this Q&A and event + what would it be and could you do that for us?"I almost shit in my pants, but I tuned into my heart, and said it would be "You Will Be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen the musical. I had always wanted to share the song with a group of people to uplift them. The song really gave me hope when I have been in a dark place and I hoped it could give that to others. So, I got up, put on a version of the song I could sing to, took the mic and sang. I felt the fear of singing onstage in front of others and did it anyway. No practice. This was not planned.I felt the fear and did it anyway. And man, it felt amazing! You can feel the fear and do it, too.Whatever it may be your heart calls you, you can do it.I hope this inspires you to listen to your heart voice and go for it. That is why I wrote this book: so more people can tap into their heartful essence and follow the courage of their heart.
