Hello my dear reader,
Iāve been feeling called to start something new ā a little monthly intention setter, where we can set intentions for whatās ahead, and gently let you know whatās coming up in our community.
We are now officially in the Spring season, and last week we gathered for such a beautiful Spring Equinox ritual online.
We listened to this poem by Emory Hall, and itās been sitting with me ever since. It feels like a soft landing into April starting tomorrow:
š Come Sit By My Garden by Emory Hall
āLet my gardens speak for me when I am gone
Let them speak in colored whispers of all the beauty I have seen and felt, and lived
Let them speak of how much death had to find me; how many hard seasons it took to make me a living, breathing thing
Let them speak of my seasons of growth and abundance but let them also tell of my seasons of loss and decay
Let the soft, wet earth be a reminder of hardness that didn't win
Of sadness that didn't calcify
Of surrender that triumphed over resistance
And let the glorious, fragrant blooms speak of my life and its greatest lesson: that the beauty we make never dies
Come sit by my gardenā
Thereās something here about how our inner garden, our inner world, always speaks to us what is really going on, signaling what needs attention.
Thereās something about allowing all seasons of ourselves to belong ā the healing and the breaking, the becoming and the dying, the loss and decay, and birthing and blooming.
Reminding us the beauty of our aliveness and the glory of being human because it is in everything we go through.
During our ritual, we spoke about balance and what we need to do to maintain our inner equilibrium but equally be able to attend the outer world centred.
The world is loud and overstimulating, but we are in control of how we respond to it.
We must protect our energy and our inner peace.
So, we must commit to practices that keep us centred, consistently.
If we are not consistent, are we really committed?
Nope.
Real commitment happens through consistent actions.
And this is a great focus for April: consistent action for inner balance and peace
This came through in my Oracle reading I recorded for you, as well.

As we step into April, letās remember this:
We donāt need to rush our blooming.
Spring isnāt just about growth. Itās also about gentle emergence.
It begins with the small, consistent rituals that bring us back to ourselves.
The moments of pause.
The practices that help us stay anchored, even when the world feels loud.
This is about meeting yourself where you are ā not where you think you should be.
And from that place of balance, presence, and inner peace, something shifts.
Life begins to flow a bit more easily when we are centred.
So as you move into this new month, ask yourself:
What does it look like to truly protect my peace right now?
What consistent rituals do I need to commit to keep myself in balance?
Start there. Gently.
Lots of love,
