I had a bit of a tech hiccup with my previous newsletter platform, which moved me into action to upgrade to a new platform. Here's what is new and what you can expect!

Whether you’re a reader who has been with me for a while or a new member into the tribe. Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here!

Let me introduce myself.

Hello! I’m Essi, the Founder of Connected You Community and a Connection & Belonging Coach, specializing in helping people navigate life’s changes and transitions—whether they’re desired or unexpected.

My mission is to guide you in reconnecting with the most important relationship of all: the one with yourself. When we connect to who we are, we find the courage to listen to our heart’s intuition and follow it towards a life that feels truly fulfilling and whole.

These email letters are my way to get personal with you, share my personal experiences from my own personal journey to support you in yours toward a life where you trust your heart, follow it to live courageously and and feel a true sense of belonging in your life.

Everyone deserves to live a life where they courageously follow their heart and live a life that belongs to them, including you.

As part of my tribe, you’ll receive a blend of insights, personal stories, resources and teachings for self-connection and courage to navigate changes in your life.
